...if you are as annoyed by LJ's shiny new features as I am. The editor in the commenting box would be neat, if it didn't slow down the typing to the speed of half-molten cheese. I would need an editor when I *post* something, not when I comment. Besides, since when does my account no longer allow the uploading of more pictures? I've got a paid account, for Pete's sake!

I can't answer the question... but I am very amused by your metaphor. I'm hearing it spoken by a male announcer with a deep voice at the beginning of some awful sci-fi show: "Moving at the speed of half-molten cheese, the starship Nacho plods through space..."

And wouldn't Nacho be a wonderful name for a starship? Preferably with a home base called Star Station Tortilla, that would look like those horrible car tyre-like things floating in space in all those 1950s films...

I really should try to talk some of the upper primary boys with web skills into making a demo to the imaginary show. I happen to know one who has the right voice for the sentence. *g*

I'm still too annoyed by the last round of "improvements" to gripe too much at this set. As for the picture issue - perhaps they are no longer supporting Scrapbook? you might shoot an email off to Lj Support explaining your problem, and see what they have to say about it.
