I miss Merlin...

...even though what I've read about it so far isn't very promising. That my Epic Merlin Fic(TM) got Jossed by Season 4 isn't really surprising, as I went with it in a very different direction. But, as I said, it doesn't seem very promising. Another assassin hired by King Odin, yawn. Another brother of the late Queen Ygraine pops up out of nowhere, out for vengeance - how very unoriginal. Morgana is evil and Morgause is plotting... really, people, are there no new ideas?

Still, I can't wait to see it. I love this series, with all its flaws. And they should hurry up as long as there's still a bit left of Colin Morgan. On the new pictures, he appears even thinner than before, although I marvel how that's physically possible.

In any case, picowrimo starts next week, and I'm determined to pick up Merlinfic again.

I've enjoyed the episodes so far. I do try not to take it too seriously and found them fun and quite angsty. I loved the dragon in the last one.

I'm reading your Merlin epic on my laptop upstairs and enjoying it very much.

I have to admit to my shame that I'm behind on your Merlin fic (and Torchwood), but I have barely read any fic lately. I intend to get back into it, though, now that there should be no more travelling until December.

Oh, don't worry about that! Real Life must come first. Besides, this way I'll have a nice long string of comments, and you can read stuff that doesn't always end with a cliffie for you, so we both win, right?

And when we both catch our breaths, somewhen in the next millennium or so, we'll sit down and play with Gaheris together. *g*

Yes, being able to read a whole story or in the case of Merlin, a few chapters in a row, will be very nice!
