... and we're having fuuun! Yesss, Precioussss, we are!

It started out rather funnily, when we were both waiting in the hotel lobby for some kind of divine inspiration that would help us to recognize the other one, since we had no idea who the other one looked. After a while, I carefully approached the only other person who seemed every bit as clueless as I felt and asked: Erm... excuse me... can it be that we're looking for each other?"

And then we were laughing our heads off, because I was right, of course.

Had a nice walk in the city of Pest - it's amusing how much you can see in a couple of hours if you look - had some coffee in "the" café house, Gerbeaud's, and tried to wrap our minds around the fact that after a decade of cyber-friendship, we finally cold see each other face to face.

It's just the right weather for sightseeing: sunny but not too hot, and she managed to come over the weekend when I'm not working, so what could we wish for more?

Yay! When we finally met a couple months ago, was great fun as well. :) Budapest is far more interesting than San Francisco though so I'm sure it must be fascinating seeing all there is to see.
