Baked Pfirsichspalten in Plunderteig 2 days ago. Lots of work but fantastic results. Baked Sandkuchen tonight. Easier to make - turned out a bit flat, but I'm sure it will be yummy. That's what I do when LJ is down. And lots of writing.

What are you planning to bake?

I love cheesecake, but you can't get Sahnequark over there, just the much drier version, Topfen. So it's never exactly how it ought to be. :(

Weiß noch nicht! Vielleicht Pflaumenkuchen, da ich heute bei Combi ein 2 kg-Körbchen Pflaumen für 2 Euro gesehen hab. Eigentlich sollte es Butterkuchen werden, aber das Angebot ist so gut.

Das ist wirklich schade, dass Du nicht den richtigen Quark bekommen kannst für Käsekuchen!
