After more than two weeks spent disconnected from cyberlife, I've got a viewscreen loaned to me, so I'm temporarily back.

As I don't know how long it takes until I got my own viewscreen again, I'll summarize things I've done during my exile. I wrote 17 chapters to different stories, as follows:

Innocence - 2 chapters (fortunately out of order still)
Astonishment in Mirkwood - 2 chapters (need to go to the beta)
Elvenhome - 1 chapter (Cirdan, brace yourself...)
Strange Encounters 2 chapters
Alternate Voyager pilot - 2 chapters
Equinox Log #1 - 2 chapters (this is a brand new story)
Forgotten Roots - 1 chapter (vampire story)
Descending to Darkness - 1 chapter
Seal On My Heart - 1 chapter (this is the Boromir AU)
Cold Comfort - finally finished (Denethor one-shot)
A Visit from the Dark Master - 1 chapter (alternate rewrite of the BtVS episode "Buffy vs Dracula")

Also, I did a great deal of research for my Equinox stories (four are planned) and got the insane idea for 8 different Dwarf-related ones. In detail. My brain was on overload due to forced inactivity.

Also, now that I'm back, I finally updated several of my stories.

First, there's Strange Encounters, Chapter 4:
http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1401106&chapter=4
Lord Elrond speaks his mind about his movie alter ego and fanfictopn.

Then, we have Chapter 4 of the 7th Boromir installment, Descending to Darkness:
http://www.fanfiction.net/read.php?storyid=1355525&chapter=5
The Kraken makes an appearance, and Boromir remembers his encounter with the Avari and some cave trolls.

And finally, we have the next chapter of Elvenhome, reaching the magic number of 13 (as Forewords don't count):

This one has Ungoliant in it. It seems I'm having a Monster Week (TM)

So, I'll go and try to do some reading. It's good to be back.

And you would be right. *g*
But I did find the time to read the latest chapter of "Wanderer" yesterday. Or yesternight, as it was about 01.00. I wish I could think of anything halfways intelligent to leave you a decent review. Just "I love this story" in not the real item, I'm afraid.

I get like that with reviews too, and mostly if I don't review, that's why. I'll tell you that the next chapter will be 'different' and see quite a bit of action as Maglor tells the rest of his WW1 story!

Wow! *rubs hands in glee*
I really ought to give you some feedback. Maybe when my nerves regenerate a little after this serious cyber-deprivation. I'm so ashamed that I haven't done so yet.

You're forgiven. Reviewing is actually quite hard without just saying 'gee, I love your story!' Although there's nothing wrong with that.
