Creative baking was the word today! You see, I got this chocolate Easter bunny from Mum. It was very cute, but not made of real chocolate - only of this low-quality cocoa icing stuff. We tired to eat it, but it tasted like... like nothing, really. But it was a 160 gram-bunny, and besides, we don't throw away foodstuffs on principle, as long as they aren't rotten or whatnot. And the bunny wasn't rotten. It just didn't have any flavour whatsoever.
So I consulted my baking recipes, and in one of thespell books I found a chocolate biscuit basic recipe. I added some modifications, decorated the finished cake with peach slices, banana slices and strawberry pieces, covered the whole thing with jelly - and the results were absolutely faboulous.
So, in case you want to try it, the ingredients are:
3 eggs
100 gr sugar
20 gr vanilla-flavoured sugar
50 gr melted butter or margarine
100 gr flour
50+ gr melted chocolate
Just mix all ingredients, stir it well for 5 or 6 minutes, pour it into a cake tin (paint the tin with butter first and strew flour all over it) and bake it on a relatively low flame (Grade 2 in a gas oven) for 20-25 minutes. Once it's cooled down, you can decorate it with whatever you prefer.
I hope it was understandable. I really don't have any vocabulary where cooking or baking is considered.
