Oh, I do know the best places, don't worry. Do you like ice-cream? There's an "Eissalon" like nothing else in Vienna.

Mum and I are actually considering getting there by ship, upwards the Danube. She's done it before and says it's a great experience.

Alas, we had to cancel the idea about the ship. It takes six hours, the only ship leaves at 9 o'clock, which means you lose half the day, and it's very expensive. Three times the price train would cost, and train isn't exactly cheap anymore, either. Sometimes I think the only thing that's cheap in this crazed country is human life.

But we will come, don't worry. Well, if Mum's healthy, that is. And since I've joined the fold of mobile phone users, we'll be able to reach each other rather easily while in Vienna.
