It's something I've mcgyvered together from various existing recepies and it turned out very tasty. Sorry for the German - still no baking vocabulary in English. *sigh*

Zutaten:
500 gr Weizenmehl
500 gr Quark (eher Topfen in diesem Fall)
1 Eigelb
250 gr Margarine
1 Tüte Trockenhefe (oder 50 gr frische Hefe)
etwas lauwarme Milch

Salzen. Margarine in kleine Würfel schneiden.
3) Alle Zutaten zusammenfügen, falls nötig noch einmal salzen. Alles zu einem glatten Teig kneten. Abermals 20 Minuten ruhen lassen.

On a different matter, I've come to the realization - again! - that FF.Net is full of idiots. There is tis story, Crossroads, I've translated from Hungarian/German a few years ago. In the introduction, I expressly say that this is an old story and a translated one, and that there ought to be grammatical mistakes. But I'd gladly accept any beta offers.

Now, after years, somebody cares to actually read the story (or, at least, the first two chapters of it), and what do they have to tell me? That there are grammatical mistakes. Well, thank you very much, you idiot, that's what I was telling at the very beginning of the story, wasn't it? But no, they didn't volunteer to beta, of course.

Sometimes people just piss me off. They whine about mistake, but when asked if they would like to correct those mistakes, they vanish into thin air within seconds. Or they say yes and *then* vanish. I've got this Torchwood story, it had two or three different beta offers. I was happy, sent the chapters to all the volunteers - never heard from either of them again.

*patpat* Some people are just dumb like that. Like the guys who are either masochistic or have way too much time on their hands, reading slash fics with warning pasted all over them only to squeak "ewwww, slash!"

Yeah, I know. As Tyr would say, they are so maddeningly inferior. *g*
