My LJ's instructions have just turned Hungarian overnight. Without me asking for it. Obviously, the LJ people adjusted it to my current dwelling place.

It's actually annoying. I'm used to the English expressions, and everything turned in Hungarian confuses me to no end. Why can't people just leave me alone?

On another matter: Buffy- and Sean bean fans might want to read this:

James Masters sounds like a really nice guy in private.

Well, I liked Spike when he was with Drusilla. In the latest season, though, I stopped liking him. Say, what season are you in right now? I'm not sure if I should say more about new plot developments if you haven't seen it yet... At any rate, his character changed too much, and I just don't find walking doormats attractive or interesting. It's a pity his character turned out that way.

I'm in Season 7. And I totally agree with you that they practically ruined his character.

In my vampire crossower AU he never falls in love with Buffy. I found the whole thing totally ridiculous. I mean, I could understand Angel falling in love with her up to Season 3, but Buffy seems to have suffered serious brain damage from season 4 on. And her character continued to degrade.

One of the most ridiculous episodes of Season 4 was the one with Dracula, IMO. I hated that so much that I started to re-write the whole thing, as part of the crossover series.

Actually, I thought his initial falling in love with Buffy wasn't too bad. That is, before he turned into sighing-pining-lover-boy, and she turned into an emotionally abusive bitch.

As for the one with Dracula, hee! I actually found that one really amusing. Ridiculous, yet amusing. Starstruck slayers and slayerettes - doesn't get funnier than that. *g* I always watch that when I need a good laugh, but I think you're right, maybe it went a bit overboard in the tongue-in-cheek department.

Oh, but you should see what *I* made out of that particular episode! I combined it with White Wolf's Vampire: The Masquerade and turned the whole thing upside down.

I "demonstrated" why the visiting guy couldn't have been Dracula in the first place, made a theory how he really was and built a connection between the Order of Aurelius and Clan Lasombra. *g*

Unfortunately, I haven't got beyond Chapter 2 so far, and as ff.net has crashed again, even those aren't available at the moment.
