Oh, I don't eat all the crap that they tell me to eat. I ate slightly more meat than before during the first week, but not overly so, and most certainly not all the grilled and roasted versions. Now I'm back to my usual meat and diary product levels (I never got above those to begin with), I just stopped eating white bread and all the tasty cookies and sweets and stuff. Also, I eat more salad than before and try to calculate the carb levels, so that I keep them low. Otherwise, I eat normally.
Losing weight is good, but not when one damages vital organs by doing so, therefore I'm really careful. But so far, the thing seems to work, even without the excess protein and stuff - I feel lighter and more mobile, and Mum says I look different, too. Weight control comes on the end of the month - I see no reason in hopping onto the thing each day and then despairing that it doesn't go as fast as I would like it.
