On FF.Net, I mean. There are a few more that I couldn't post there, since certain idiots can't make a difference between quotes (with a clear mentioning of the source) and plagiarism.

Anyway, "Vox Angelica" is my 100th story on FF.Net - and my very first Brother Cadfael one, which is a double anniversary... or whatever it's called in English. Go me!

It is, isn't it? Finally posted the Cadfael story to [livejournal.com profile] hiddenrealms, too, so things are on the roll once again.

Congratulations! I do hope you keep on writing Cadfael, he needs more in-character fanfiction.

Well, I do have the story idea for six other Cadfael stories, but I want to see first whether I'll get largely ignored in such a small fandom as well as in the bigger ones. If yes, I won't make the effort to write the other stories, because honestly, this whole ignorance thing is getting old.

I read and enjoyed the first chapter of 'Vox Angelica', but I fear I rarely comment on stories outside LJ -- and never at ff.net because I gave up my account there when they first started pissing me around. I suspect a lot of people just don't look to ff.net for good writing, because it's in such short supply there. Have you tried posting to [profile] rarelitslash (despite the name they take all genres) -- it's got a large readership, even though I note recent posts haven't got a lot of feedback.

FF.Net does have it disadvantages, but if someone writes in so many fandoms as I do, it's still the best place to have the majority of my work together.

I'll post "Vox Angelica" to [livejournal.com profile] hiddenrealms shortly, which is where all my stuff goes that's not Tolkien-related or sci-fi. It has the advantage that I might be able to insert pictures as well.

Congrats on the 100th story! And don't fret over FF.net, we all know what idiots make the decisions there.

Yeah, we do. Doesn't make it any easier to deal with, though. I'd prefer to have everything in one archive instead of a dozen different ones, but, well, if wishes were horses and all that shit...

I managed to get that copy of "Eclipse of the Crescent Moon" for you. What is the next suitable occasion to send it to you? Birthday? Name day? We celebrate those, too, over here. Marriage anniversary? National holiday?

Thanks. I'm quite proud of it - especially as the number isn't made up of drabbles but if multichapter stories, at least the vast majority of it.

Congrats on your hundreth story. At the rate I write, I'll never get anywhere close to that. So that's an amazing milestone. Keep 'em coming;)

Thanks. I'm considering to put up my first - and so far only, not to mentioned unfinished - werewolf story to FF.Net. At least with you, I'd have someone willing to read it. *g*

It's about Oz, the only werewolf in Buffy, and I gave him a rather different fate, as - unlike Joss Whedon - I don't see werewolves as mindless, bloodthirsty beasts.

Oh, and by the way, as soon as I decided to buy "Blood and Chocolate", it promptly vanished from the shop, of course. Drat.

I'd love to read an Oz story. He's so underrated as a character. Too bad about them running out of Blood and Chocolate. Maybe they'll have some more copies next time.

I love Oz. Unfortunately, the story is one of those I've planned out meticulously, began to write and than ran into a block with. But I've got one chapter and a half ready, so I might just post it for your reading pleasure.

I hope they'll dig out "Blood and Chocolate" again, though. They do so from time to time: take half the stuff off the shelves and bring them out later.

How's "Knowledge Burns" going, BTW?

A new chapter will be posted this week-end. I'd love to read the Oz story even though it's sad when good stories are unfinished. I have a lot of stories like that:(
