... barely. Sorry for the absence, folks, but school's been brutal. Had to participate in just another theatre festival on Saturday and we've been drowning in work for weeks.

But in stolen hours I've still managed to finish "The Joy Machine", translating and partially rewriting the 19-chapter-story in a mere 7 months. I think it's not a bad performance, even though nobody aside from Lisa ever reads it. I still like it So there.

I'm deadly tired now. Thank God spring break starts this afternoon, or else I'd simply fall over dead in a shadowy corner. The break will do good, even though afterwards the madness restarts with double efficiency.

Spring break!!! YAY!!!!

In which universe does the new fic live?

And congratulations on getting the kids through both theatre festivals - they are lucky to have a teacher who is willing to make a lot of extra effort for them!

Thanks! :)

It's not a new fic, actually. It's the second episode of the "Lost Years" series, a crossover between the orginal Start Trek and the original Battlestar Galactica, which takes place between the last episode and the first movie of Star Trek (Kirk's bunch). Crossovers was the pilot episode.

I've finished this piece in August 1996 and posted the first translated piece to [livejournal.com profile] otherworlds_lib in 2006.

Thanks.:)

Writing is the only way to deal with stress without getting crazy. I only wish I had a little more time reading, now that you're writing again.

I hope you're enjoying writing - and cooking - over the break.
