Small stuff

I've posted teasers and links to my Trek-related fic to the trek_fanfic community. I don't really hope that it would earn me armies of new readers, but a girl has to try.

I began posting "Alternate Caretaker" to otherworlds_lib. As it's an ungodly long story, it'll take a while, but when it's done, then I've put up everything I have written in the sci-fi area so far. I'm well content with the results. I'd prefer if I could do the same with my own website, but this is way better than nothing.

After that, I'll switch to hiddenrealms and put up my horror stuff. Meaning the big, olde vampire crossover AU, or at least the existing parts of it. With that, I'll be occupied for the rest of the year, I think.

Heat wave has finally broken the day before yesterday. We had violent storms for half a day, and now all settled down to a normal, regular summer. Thank God! I hope it will stay that way for a while.

Three more weeks from summer holidays. I'm so not looking forward to going to school again. But that's life.

BTW, Jillian, if you feel like reading some sci-fi again, I think there is a story or two on otherworlds_lib that you haven't seen yet. Some of the stuff I'm posting for the first time.

Of coruse, stuff like "Kansas" and the "Alternate Caretaker" would be an old hat for you, as you've already most graciously commented them on the Pit of Voles, but perhaps you might find some small things you like. :))

I will when I have the tax finished in the next couple of days. I'll need some good reading material by then!
