The good, the bad and the annoying

The good parts:
- It seems that they can indeed fix the old doll at the doll clinic. It will probably cost me a kidney, but it can be fixed.
- I've finished stitching the faces of all mini-teddies; tomorrow the assembling can start.
- I've managed to bake a decent sponge, which proves that the flour had been the culprit in the last two times. Tomorrow there will be a strawberry traybake with vanilla custard.
- I had a nice phone chat with H.

The bad part:
- My antivirus programme runs out tonight and my neighbour, the IT guy, still haven't shown up with the new one.

The annoying part:
The chiropodist lady was here and talked us both brain dead.
