I was underway a lot today. Starting with the obligatory food run in the morning - two supermarkets, lots of stuff bought and hauled home. Including the first cherries of the year, which were crazy expensive but very yummy.

When I came home, we had breakfast and watched some telly, then I left again. This time for the craft shops, mostly. Starting with the Remo discount craft shop, where they have three types of prices: the lowest ones are for... well, for other shops, I guess, the middle ones for institutions and the highest ones for private customers. Since our school is registered, I could buy my much-needed light blue hard felt for the middle price, which was a big help, as I needed a lot of the stuff, for two identical songbooks as page bases. We're talking about 8 pages, each!

After that, Mum and I went to the florist's next corner to order a funeral bouquet. One of Mum's oldest friends had died a couple of weeks ago (was still a good decade younger than her), and since she can't go to the funeral, I'll have to go for her. That includes picking up her oldest friend first, who happens to live on the other end of the city. Wednesday promises to be exhausting. *sigh*

So, we are both drained at the moment, Mum from the walk that was a tad longer than anything else lately and I from the entire day. Consequently not much else got done today, but that's okay, too. Some days just are like that.
