Basically, it is Mary Berry's wobbly apricot tart recipe. Only with peaches because I didn't have canned apricots in the house; but I did have four cans of peach halves. In any case, it looks very authentic - and it is very yummy.
Other than that, we are still working on recreating the original configuration of our flat. Some serious progress has been made but there still is a lot of work to do.
