Doll House quiet book, page 8

The left side of the kitchen, that is, with the fridge, the sink and a cupboard. Originally, all three of them are snow white, but my iPad mini decided to turn them into various sides of blue, and no amount of editing I tried could help. *shakes head in exasperation* Oh, and the ornament decorating the fridge door is beige in real life.



There will be pans and pots in the cupboard, food items in the fridge and cleaning stuff under the sink, eventually, but right now I'm anxious to get the basics done. The other half of the kitchen is under work right now, I needed the whole day yesterday to make the oven, it was incredibly complicated. I fixed together the finished pages temporarily with double-sided tape, so that I'll have an idea what they'll look like when trimmed and finished and had to cut off some parts since I obviously made measuring mistakes, but I'm starting to believe that this book will be finished before the next century.

I also managed to write several pages to a sideline Kindred:the Embraced/Charmed crossover that I've been working on for a decade and a half, just for my own amusement, plus cooked a full meal for lunch, so I consider it a successful day. *g*
