In anxious expectation

So, the cheesecake just came out of the oven, Mum's made her fantastic salad de boeuf, and I'll bake the tiny cheesy buns fresh in the morning. We even went to the hairdresser's today, to look respectable for our guests tomorrow. Now I only hope they'll actually show up.
