Feeling marginally better
Feb. 12th, 2015 09:02 pmSo, me dearies... First and foremost, many, many thanks for the good thoughts and the well-wishes. I feel better now that the fever is gone and with it the cold shivers, the nausea and the dizziness. I still bark like a dog, but I'll likely do so for the next three weeks, so it's a condition rather than an illness at this stage.

In any case, I put the last two days to good use, planning out the second part of Torchwoodgate Year One as well as Year Two and Year Three to a certain detail and doing some research for it. That's the advantage of an iPad; it enables you to work in bed. The disadvantage is the dratted autocorrect, but that's not something we can help.
Tomorrow I'll go back to the doctor and see if she lets me go back to work on Monday. Not that I'd be that eager, but the colleagues are run ragged, too, and will be especially after the ball, so if I'm okay, I will go.
