Baking session with kids

We've started the Christmas baking at school, too. On Wednesday, we made simple cookies, using a ready-made dough mixture, where you only have to add some eggs and margarine. They enjoyed it nonetheless, especially the mess afterwards with the icing and decorating.

Today, we baked chocolate-peanut cookies, the same ones as last year. As our teaching kitchen has become brand new ovens in the summer renovation, they've turned out much better than last year.

Next Wednesday we'll make marzipanbrezel and orange biscuits. Yay!

Chapter 16: Sir Percival and the Haughty Knight of "Arthur's Quest" has been posted to FF.Net. In which Sir Erec and Lady Enide finally get married and a stupid mistake catches up with Percival.
