All right, originally, I planned to write a report about my time in language camp (which I hated) in excruciating detail, but somehow I didn't feel like wasting time and energy on conserving unpleasant feelings.

Besides, a fairly insane plotbunny attached itself to my ankle, and I didn't manage to shake it off. I've never written gratuitous smut before, but all that time spent on [livejournal.com profile] atlantis_slash must have rubbed off, so I've started a series titled The Darkroom of Atlantis, which, as you can guess, contains a(n un)healthy amount of spanking, bondage&discipline and all that stuff. The Prelude and the first part of Chapter 1 are already posted to [livejournal.com profile] hiddenrealms.

Now, the main reason why I posted this stuff at all was because I've read so many poorly written smut in several different fandoms. I thought I'd try to write something beyond the usual "how-to-do" manuals. With some characterization, character background and all that stuff. Whether I've succeeded or not, it's up to the readers to decide.

For those unfamiliar with the characters, I also provided visualisations, so that you can see whom I was talking about.

Erm... I think I'm gonna avoid looking into the mirror for the next couple of weeks or so.

Heh, thanks. :) I was suspecting that much. Frankly, I prefer my smut well-written and logical, if possible.

I'm glad you liked it. The "Big Daddy" arc will have probably two parts, followed by the "Miko as domina" arc, which will have at least two. I don't know if I'm going to write more at all, although some Grodin/Zelenka fluffy smut would have its attraction, too.

Looking forward to your comments (even the grammar-related ones - let's face it, my English sucks). *g*

Your English is very good. It certainly comes across much better than a lot of things I read written by native English speakers. I'm not veyr good at pickingup grammer mistakes because I don't know English grammer very well (the government decided that it was not to be taught in school at that point) so I just know whether it sounds right or wrong, instead of the rules...
