To the most generous anonymous person who's gifted 6 months worth of paid LJ account upon me. Thank you, whoever you are!
Whoa! I've got a paid account!
levade, you were right! I'm gonna upload all the gorgeous sci-fi icons
karri made for me. Ha!
And if you want to see the first two versions of Lord Orchald, made by Mira the talented one, look here:

and here:

I find both great. But again, Sean Connery belongs to the sort of men who look a lot better at a more advanced age than they ever did ans young rascals.
Thanks, Mira, and thanks, oh anonymous sponsor! *does happy dance*

Date: 2005-12-23 05:12 pm (UTC)Hope you have a nice Christmas and a great New Year! *hugs* As of tomorrow I will probably own "The Road Goes Ever On" and my colllection of primary Tolkien Middle-earth stuff will be complete! Yay! Then I need to buy the extended soundtracks and a few assorted Visual Companions as well as "The Lord of the Rings Sketchbook" by Alan Lee. Might the South Haven be interested in a collection of Interesting Bits (TM) that can be found in RGEO? I would write it over the holidays and post it as soon as possible
*stops babbling, hugs some more* If you like the icon: it was made by

Date: 2005-12-24 11:25 am (UTC)You right click on the icon you want-in this case my user icon, click on "Save picture As" (or its Hungarian equivalent :)) and save it under a file name of your choice. Then you go to your LJ, click on the dark blue menu point "Manage" and choose the sub category "user pictures". Then you go to the box titled "Upload user picture", click on the grey windows button "Browse", choose the picture from your harddrive, click "open". Back in the LJ upload box you then choose a keyword and attach a phrase that says by whom the icon was made, for example "...made by slayer 9849" in this case. And then you click on upload et voilĂ ! You have got your very own icon of the twins.
I will change my icons soon and then you can grab Erestor off me as well, if you want. If the explanation creates any problems, just ask! By the way: Merry Christmas to you and your muses *hugs*
