I did do the grocery shopping today. Fortunately, we had a fairly nice day, only -3°C, thus there was more mod than actual snow and almost no ice at all. Therefore I reached the Lidl supermarket next corner and back in one piece.

The rest of the day was routine. We did the laundry, ate leftovers, watched a tiny bit of telly (it's the weekend, so there's barely anything worth watching), I took a short nap, played Solitaire on my tablet... and that was basically it.

Well, I did some online research on early 'Voyager' episodes, so the day wasn't entirely wasted. Better than nothing, right? And heroic, too, as my neck and shoulder are still acting up.

So am I. And it was actually nice to be out in the fresh air for a change.

I'm glad to hear the ice is mostly gone. All it takes is one little bit underfoot and down we go. Your quiet day sounds good to me, restful. I like a day like that once in awhile. I hope your neck and shoulder are feeling better soon. Hugs to you and Mum.

Thanks. Neck and shoulder are still acting up, but that's nothing new. I have a talent for ruining my neck by sleeping in weird positions. *sigh*

I hope your body resumes normal service soon. It can't be much fun carrying shopping.

Actually, considering how short the way to the various shops is, it isn't that bad. And a bit of fresh air is good.

Good that you got some fresh air, even better that you did not slip and fall!
