Look at the educated, finely worded "review":

http://www.fanfiction.net/r/921796/0/1/

I think I'll leave this one where it is. It's not so that it would display *my* lack of manners and understanding, eh?

The funniest part is that the little idiot assumes I wouldn't know what sexual harrassment is (they spelled the word falsely, but that's another matter; must be the righteous anger or whatnot). After 30 years of ceaseless work, I can't have any life experiences, no, missy. *shakes head in disbelief*

The lengths people would go for William Shatner/Captain Kirk are truly amazing.

If having a flame war on a review board isn't such an eye-sore, I'd have smacked that person for you.

Hard.

Nah, I think ignoring the idiot will make him/her more angry. All they want is drawing attention - why else would s/he replace the flame?

*hugs* Probably a teenager, who believes that their experience is the only real one.
Very pathetic to post it again. Ignoring them is probably best. Hopefully then, they'll give up and go away.

Right, I won't give the little attention whore what they want. The only thing that irritates me in his entire situation is the fact that while people who assumedly like my stories can't be moved to drop a frigging line on the review board, such idiots always have an abundant amount of time on their hands.

'Arrasment'? Must be something to do with making tapestries...:)

That 'review' definitely reflects more on the person who left it, than on you. Sorry that you had to get any sort of nasty comment, though. It's never fun.

No, it's not. But if I remove it again, s/he will repost it again. And if I ban anonymous reviews, s/he would take a sockpuppet account, making his/her crap unremovable.

Besides, in the next chapter, there would be more grumbling about sexism in Starfleet, so I expect more idiotic rambling from this person. I'll wait until the story is finished and forgotten, and probably remove the rubbish then. Or not at all.

You know, I LOVE flames. If you are getting flamed, you're getting attention.

As for not knowing what sexual harrassment is, come on. Any female over the age of 12 knows the answer to that. Ignoring said pathetic idiot will only enrage them!

I think it's rather funny.

Yeah, but I'd prefer if this kind of 'attention' would be buried in the heaps of positive kind of attention. Unfortunately, you are one of the very few persons who not only seem to like my stuff but also toss a bone to the poor muse.

For which I'll love you until my last breath, BTW. ;o))

I try. Your muse is very hard working, and deserves the praise. We writers must look on the positive side of flames, the reviewer is an idiot, or is delibrately misunderstanding what I have written to annoy because they're an idiot, and lastly any review is at least proof someone is reading my work.

You are actually on of my favourite writers :)
