Rant of the day

Yahell is acting up again. Edhellond (the main group) has just vanished from the database. I'm sure it'll return eventually (so far, it always has), but it's still annoying.

Crossroad got flamed - for the first time. I've grown used to people who get all worked up because I write less than flattering things about their fave characters, so I stopped deleting anonymous "criticism". But calling my last chapter "bullshit" really crosses the line. So, in my first attack of anger, I deleted the anonymouse. I've regretted doing so since... it's have been more amusing to write a sarcastic answer. But I gor really angry over the rudeness and the "everyone but you adores Kirk and would die for him" attitude. Ah, well.

New week at school started. It's been raining for days. What a wonderful life!

*hugs* I haven't read any of your scifi, due to unfamiliarity with most of the canons, but I'm sure it is all great. However, people are idiots.
Yahoo does seem to have been particularly broken this weekend. I suppose that is the result of it being a free service. :S

Cannot stand Kirk, never could. I am sorry to hear about the flame. It seems so ridiculous that people cannot respond more maturely to a story or chapter that they do not like.

Yeah, it's idiotic, isn't it? I'm almost sure the flamer was a guy, because he wrote something about there not being anything wrong with liking women. Although some women are unable to see the outrageously chauvinistic overtones of many TV-series, too.

My poor "Crossroads". Such a tame story, with no Evil Slash(TM) in it, a mild, PG-13 rated multiple romance and stuff, and not even that one is safe from idiots.

I love that story, because that was the first fanfic I've ever finished (back in the stone ages), and it angers me when someone deliberately misunderstands it.
