I had a shopping spree

And I don't just mean grocery shopping, although I did pay Lidl a visit in the morning, since bananas were considerably reduced in price, assuming one had a Lidl Plus app on one's phone. Which was one of the reasons I had bought my way too smart phone in the first place. And since I was already there, I did the whole grocery shopping #2. (I usually do it twice a week.)
But no, the real shopping spree was done at Kik. Remember the nice summer dress I bought two weeks ago? Well, I got a bonus coupon at the time; one that secured me -30% this week, assuming I bought three or more items. So I went back today and bought another dress, two lightweight summer trousers, three lovely candles that I'm going to decorate with wax plates (eventually) and two 200 ml bottles of metallic paint that I'll use for the Easter baskets/eggs next week. All this reduced in price by 30%, thanks to my bonus coupon!
Of course, the money I saved this way will be spent at the seamstress's, as clothes designers firmly believe that people who are of more... errr... rotund build have also legs 20 cm longer than others. So I must have both the trousers and the dresses made shorter in order to be able to wear them; meaning that I didn't actually save money by buying them, but it doesn't matter. It's so rare that I find nice clothes in my size that even look reasonably good on me, I had to use the opportunity.
Not much else happened. Mum volunteered to cook, and so we had potato casserole with hard-boiled eggs, this being a Lent Friday. We watched some telly and slept an hour in the afternoon. I was simply too drained to do anything useful, and Mum was tired from the cooking. Ah, well, tomorrow is another day.

If I find a dress that fits, I buy as many of that style as I can in as many different colors as offered, as I may not find anything else that fits for a long time. I am sure folks think I am odd, wearing mostly the same thing all the time, but they don't make clothes for oddly shaped old ladies.
