... because the physiotherapist comes in the early afternoon, and later on I have choir practice. That consumes the entire afternoon and requires certain schedule changes, so that Mum would get two meals before I'd leave the house. That turns the rest of the day upside down, too, so yeah; Tuesdays are stressful.

Despite this, I've somehow managed to finish all the remaining lavender sachets in the morning and to write a whole page, too. Go me! Of course, this also meant no nap time all the day, so I'm accordingly tired now, but it was worth it.

Choir practice was a bit boring today. I'm not very fond of the pieces we are currently practicing. Still, it was singing, and it was meeting people, and that was good.

Go you!

Too bad about the music. The good part with our church music is that we're singing something different every week. OTOH, sometimes our time to learn a song is limited (especially right now).

The problem is that our conductor is a bit too ambitious. We learn lots of new stuff. Sometimes we work on really complicated pieces for months, and then she decides that it would’t work, discards the piece and we restart with something else. It can be frustrating.

Oh man, to work on something for that long then not sing it? Ouch.

With choirs and ensembles some things will always be the same- the compositions are either too difficult or boring.

And opinions will always differ about them.
