Baking day again

Today I made Chestnut fingers (although mine look very differently), Chocolate-almond biscuits with red currant jam filling and Amaretti morbidi. At his point I'm up to 17 different sorts. Go me!

Needless to say that not much else got done today. We had Tütensuppe, leftovers (Mum) and a sandwich (me) for lunch, I took a nap in the afternoon, wrote a very short two paragraphs and had a nice, long phone chat with my friend Evie. And that was it, basically.

Got your Christmas card, BTW — than you so much, it's beautiful. Mum liked it a lot, too. Alas, mine won't be posted before December 13, since I'll send out the hand-stitched ones that remain after the fair, so they will definitely be late. My apologies in advance.
