It seems I work best under stress. Jillian, look what I've got for you!

Have fun! You're the only person in the universe who actually keeps reading this stuff. I think I'll give you a dedication. ;))

On a more personal matter: Mom's doing rather well, considering the circumstances. She sneaked into the kitchen behind my back and made coffee today, saying that it's better to do something than to let herself hang. She's talking on the phone all day, describing her traumatic adventure in great detail to everyone... it seems to work like a therapy for her, and I'm really glad about it.

I am late picking up the news. What a horrible thing to experience! I'm glad she is alive and mending. Please give your mother my best wishes for quick healing. And a big hug for you, too.

As I don't check LJ every day these times, I missed your previous post. What an awful thing to happen - and so close to home. Doesn't do much to enhance safety feelings. I do hope your mother will eventually regain the use of her hand and manage to put this traumatic experience behind her!

Thanks, Finch. She's really brave, but it's not easy for her to accept that she probably won't regain full use of her right hand. The doctor said, she'd be able to raise it as far as her head, so combing her hair would go, but most likely not any higher. That piece of stinking shit practically crippled her for the rest of her life.

I'm very sorry to hear this, and I can easily imagine you're having very aggressive thoughts whenever you think of him! Wish your mother the best from me.

i really don't know why more people aren't reading this, it's great, really. Perhaps the lack of well known characters is to blame?

So pleased your Mum is improving, if she's well enough to make coffee and phone people that must be good. It sounds like she's a resilient person.

Heh! Do you want me to send you the unedited version? With all the naughty details?

Alas, there isn't a forum where I could post it, unless I create an aff.net account. But I feel I'm not desperate enough for that. *g*

Of course, we must have the naughty details! If you don't want to go to the extent of creating an aff.net account, you can, if you like, send it to me at jilba25@hotmail.com.

Thanks!
