Just a quick update

... because I'm still waiting for IT guy to call back re: renewing my antivirus programme. Have been doing so for over an hour, and I want to get off the Internet quickly.

All in all, it wasn't a lucky day. Our cleaning lady's just told us (before starting the cleaning frenzy) that she won't be coming any more. So we're trying to find someone else, which is always a risk. But it can't be helped.

At least the government office texted me that I can fetch my new ID card any time I want (that is, when they happen to be open). That is at least something.

So, I'm closing my browser now and won't be reopening it until the antivirus thingie is solved. God, I so hate being dependent on others!

It was becoming too much for her; and we were among her newest customers. She kept the oldest ones but gave up a lot of the newer ones — including us, unfortunately.

I have only free anti-virus programs on my gadgets. Those tell me that the contact will expire, but when the expiring date has arrived there´s always the option continue!
