I'm still exhausted from yesterday's activities. And I'm a bit depressed by the fact that our cleaning lady has fallen ill and cancelled tomorrow's appointment. Which means I'll have to stem the regular cleaning frenzy all on my own. How wonderful-not!

Today I finished the decorating of the cookies, boxed them, cooked lunch for two days in advance, took down the dried washing, did some rearranging of the flat for tomorrow's insanity and tried not to despair.

Craft-wise I've finished the first 3 bunnies that I'll put into the felt eggs. 11 more to do, and Easter will be here in two weeks' time. Joy, joy, joy. Especially as I still have at least four more batches of cookies to bake.

As for writing, I managed to cobble together about half a page. Not much, but progress nonetheless, and in these days any progress is a victory.

If I were to do the cleaning by my own schedule, I'd do one room at a time, not the whole flat on the same day. But since we didn't know that she'd fall out, we've prepared things as usual, so yeah, it's gonna suck, big time.

She comes every other Monday. But the Monday two weeks from now is Easter Monday, so that falls out already. I can't leave the flat uncleaned for six weeks altogether, alas.
