More baking

... not that it would surprise anyone at this point, right?

In any case, I've made another two sorts of biscuits - new recipes that I tried for the first time, and they turned out well enough. I originally intended to decorate them later today, but it isn't easy to keep up a working schedule around the needs of an elderly parent. So, only a small part of icing got done today. *sigh*

Crafting-wise I've finished another felt egg; didn't feel like sewing at all, but (fortunately) sheer pig-headed stubbornness pushed me along the way. Some minimal writing also happened; alas, I've reached a point where cutting and pasting old stuff won't work anymore. I'll have to do some serious rewriting.

All in all, it was still a lot of work done, although I'm a bit disappointed that I couldn't squeeze in the decorating of the biscuits. I'd have loved to get them out of my hair. But I'm too tired now and will just shut down for the night.

You have said the bad word icing. That´s always the thing which will die on me, no matter how easy it should be. Either runny or so hard that it will peel off the cookies´ surface.
