Little annoyances and a glimmer of hope

We had our regularly scheduled cleaning frenzy. Plus I had to deal with bureaucratic idiocy from Telekom and my insurance company. And I had to cook, even though only something quick and simple. All that beyond Mum duty. By the late(r) afternoon I was completely brain dead and fell asleep repeatedly over Metuselah the laptop and its offer of Solitaire games.

At least our cleaning lady is a nice person with whom I can always chat pleasantly while we perform our slave labour, and I talked to my friend Evie on the phone.

Mum is continuing to evolve, little baby step by little baby step. Tomorrow morning I'm having an appointment with out family doctor and hope I can get some real answers about the new medication and what to expect and all that.

PS: The Pinterest glitch is back. The pin upload function doesn't recognize pictures, even though they are in proper jpg format. Grrrr!
