I was in this café today; I wish you could have joined us.



My friend Eenie and I sometimes meet for coffee in various places. Since my back is still somewhat... tender, she also took me to the supermarket and back, so that I could do the last big food shopping of the year without ruining my spine completely. It was such a kind gesture of her! Granted, she wanted to do her own grocery shopping, too, but still...

The rest of the day was uneventful. I worked a bit on the songbook, but not really much. Still, I might be able to finish Page#2 tomorrow. *fingers crossed*

It is an interesting place for sure. Café Frei is a Hungarian chain of fairly expensive cafés; Thomas Frei, the owner, used to be a TV reporter who worked in South America a lot and picked up an affinity for unique coffee blends. I know of at least two such cafés within easy reach, but I'm sure there are more in town.
