Advent 2023 - Day 17

wiseheartI was mostly cooking today - it was time for a proper cooked meal, after so many improvised lunches lately. I made potato cream soup and Topfenknödel with spicy apple sauce. Mum very much approved. We'll have leftover soup for tomorrow, so I can save half the cooking effort, which is always a win!
I did some minor crafting in the morning: worked on the front page of the Christmas quiet book. It won't be finished by Christmas, but I enjoy working on it, and at least I'll already have a gift for next Christmas, when I finish it, oh, around Easter or so. *g*
And finally some pics about the lovely crocheted items H. wasn't able to sell on their less than satisfying fair. Seeing them I find it's a real shame.
Really, aren't they cute? I can't understand people.
