... otherwise known as the first Sunday of Advent.

I have baked the other three sorts of Christmas cookies and am now truly and completely drained. But it was a good accomplishment; I'll take a break until Thursday or so. *g*

Sounds like you are well into the baking season now, you're being very industrious. But definitely take a break now.

It all depends. Last week, when Adrienne visited, I made 5 kinds in one day. But during the first three we were talking about various other things; it was very pleasant, I barely realized I was working at all.

I’m no baker, but I may try to make Pfeffernüsse with spelt flour. My brother tolerates spelt well, and I can eat it most of the time. I miss so many favorites.

I know most people find it weird, but baking is actually relaxing for me. It's cooking that I find a real burden.
