wiseheart... is necessary before starting the Christmas baking. So that's what I've done today. Right after defrosting the freezer. *shudders*
So, it seems I'll be using up 6.4 kg flour, 2.3 kg caster sugar, 1.5 kg confectioner's sugar, 360 grams of brown sugar, 3.8 kg margarine and about 30 eggs. That's just the basic ingredients. There are also the various nuts, all that chocolate, chestnut puree, raw marzipan and the likes. It will be a great battle. ;)
This just about ate my morning and early afternoon, so not much else was done today. Just improvised some lunch, courtesy of the freezer and watched some telly. Oh, and talked to my friend Evie on the phone.
