Look what we can make out of dried apricot pits!



These little bug(ger)s are going into the surprise packages for the charity fair. The gold and silver ones aren't actual bugs but lucky stones. Those who find a silver one in their package can choose another one for free. Those who can collect three gold ones can choose anything from my booth they want. Granted, the chance for that is slim - but still existent! I hope this will curb business on. *g*

Other than that we had our scheduled cleaning frenzy, which cost us half the day. I'm still surprised I could squeeze in painting the patterns of the bugs (the basic colours were done in summer) and to make the first 28 packages. Many, many more to go, as soon as I find the time to cover more toilet rolls with Christmas paper. *lol*

Cooking consisted of Tütensuppe mit Grießnockerl today and of Frankfurters. A good thing that we usually don't make much ado about cooking.

I will. In fact, there are 11 gold ones altogether, so the chances to get 3 of them are slightly better than none. We'll see if anyone gets lucky enough. :)

Unfortunately, it's also rather messy work, so I doubt I'd do this again. But for this one time I'm quite pleased with the results.

Chances are slim, indeed! Maybe change the rules- one gold one, or three silver ones, and you can chose a thing from your booth?
