Progress report - Page 6 is done!

Behold the cow kneading the dough and the loaf of bread baking in the oven:



I am really happy with this one.

Also, today temperatures finally dropped low enough to bake. I made a delicious banana bread, partly because Mum loves it (me, too, actually) and partly because we had some overripe bananas that needed to be used up. I also made the veggie burgers, which we ate on their own with leftover soup, without any rolls or whatnot.

Not much else happened. Some telly, some reading and playing Solitaire on my geriatric laptop and a nice, long nap in the early afternoon. All in all, a good day.

Wanted to do banana bread, too, but hubby was quicker and ate the bananas. That man surely is on a fruit trip...
