Zucchini casserole

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS
3 zucchini
2 large potatoes
3 eggs
100 grams of flour
1 onion
vegetable fat
200 grams of mushrooms
1 cup breadcrumbs
salt pepper
1. Grate zucchini on a coarse grater, salt, leave zucchini for 10-15 minutes.
2. Grate potatoes, rinse with water.
3. Squeeze water out of zucchini and potatoes.
4. Mix vegetables together.
5. Add eggs.
6. Salt, pepper, mix.
7. Add flour, mix.
8. Cut the onion and fry until golden brown.
9. Cut the mushrooms, add to the onions in the pan.
10. Cook for 5-7 minutes, put on a plate.
11. Lubricate the form with vegetable oil and sprinkle the form with breadcrumbs.
12. Lay out half the vegetable mixture.
13. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
14. Lay out the mushrooms.
15. Slice the mozzarella and arrange on top of the mushrooms.
16. Cover with the rest of the zucchini.
17. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle lightly with oil.
18. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 45 minutes.
19. Cool a little and cut.
