Happy Birthday, [livejournal.com profile] badly_knitted! May your crafting and writing muses never abandon you and may Real Life be merciful and allow you the time for crafts and writing!

Here, have some virtual calories! Unlike real ones, they won't mess up your diet plan. *g* I hope you like apple cheesecake:

As for me, we had our concert in the National Gallery today, and it went well enough, save for small mistakes that - hopefully - no-one spotted, just we. I also did some very minor crafting afterwards, but I was too tired to do any real work. Still, it was a good day.

Thank you so much!

My muses have behaved today, I got some crafting in, and I LOVE cheesecake! YUM!

Too bad we live at such a great distance, with an ocean between us. We could share our love for cheesecake (and crafting and writing) if we were closer to each other in Real Life, too.

I’m glad your concert went well. Chances are, only you and the other singers noticed your little mistakes. Choral singing is so lovely.

So am I. Acoustics is a funny thing; we never messed up that particular piece in a room of bad acoustics. In the main hall of the Gallery, the rhythm fell totally apart because we could only hear ourselves, not the other ones. *g*
