Short party report

There will be pictures, eventually - as soon as my guests send them, as the iPad mini still hasn't returned home. But to make it short and painless, the party was delightful, the two toddlers adorable, the food good, and we had lots of fun. Thank you all who kept your fingers crossed. Only one guest couldn't come, in the end, because she's gone down with a really bad cold (NOT Covid; she did the test) last night. She was devastated about it, the poor thing, and the rest of us were sorry, too.

Oh, and I got a lovely birthday card from manue7a, with some little crafting goodies in it - thank you so much!
