I've written today!!!

Admittedly, not much - perhaps half a page. But that was the first such achievement since the last picowrimo session ended, so I'm super happy with it.

I've also made considerable progress with my penguin felts. 9 out of 10 now have their front panels finished, with beaks, feet, wings, bow ties, eyes and all. One more to go, and then I can start stitching them to their respective back panels. Yay!

Not much else happened. We had a visit from the physiotherapist, ate leftovers, watched some telly and I chatted on the phone with my friends, Elise and Evie. For the first time in weeks, it finally rained today, for all of 10 minutes, which was enough for the dratted balcony to start leaking again, but it was a relief nonetheless.

Weather forecast promises temperatures between 30 and 36°C until (and including) Friday, so I'm planning to stay indoors and do all strenuous activities in the morning hours.
