Tired

I had to make two food runs in the early morning; then I had to cook lunch (chicken breast stripes in a champignon sauce, not a big deal, fortunately). I also tried to reach the electricity company to report the stand of our usage, but the automated... thingy repeatedly told me, that my user ID - the one that is on every electricity bill - was wrong.

Tried to call customer service, but it was already 16:10, and guess until what time are they available? Right: until 16:00. From Monday to Friday. So I'm unable to do a thing until Monday morning. Which is only problematic because I have to report in before August 15, or else they'll send me the bill with the new, drastically raised prices. For the usage that happened before. *sigh*

In any case, I'm fed up to the eyeteeth with bureaucracy. They keep changing things and "forget" informing us in time, so that we have to run circles around every (likely unnecessary) change... I'm simply too old for this shit! Especially as Mum keeps pestering me to do something! As if I could do anything on my end of things!

It is still quite hot over here, so I was done in for the rest of the day. At least I had a nice, long phone chat with my friend Evie, who actually might come over tomorrow and bring us some self-raised tomatoes and zucchini.

Hubby had those problems, when he got new login data for tax declaration. At least he knew that he´d been given new data, only that those did not work. And I sent four messages to our insurance company, two of them by registered post. Yesterday I got the same letter I got two weeks earlier, that I was to provide more information- information they got four times already. Right hand not knowing what the left hand´s doing? They do not even have costumer service...
