After-concert

Our concert was a success. We sang a few madrigals, the Laudate Dominum by Mozart, Ave Maria by Bepi de Marzi, a Greek song in two voices and The Entertainer by Joplin. To my greatest regret we had to leave out Gloria sei dir gesungen by Bach because the Oldies were too long before us and it wouldn't fit into the time slot. Too bad, that one is my favourite. Eenie's hubby recorded the concert, I'll try to make it available to those who are interested. We'll see if I manage (techno-wheenie here).

Other than that, I cooked lunch (nothing serious: a simple veggie soup and asparagus omelet with tomato salad), tried to work a bit on the deep sea page (made one jellyfish that turned out so horrible that I cut it in pieces and threw it out - there went an hour of devoted work down the drainage), and we started packing the flat together because tomorrow's cleaning day again and the cleaning lady needs to be able to access the corners. *sigh*

For those who are interested: the Bach choral we didn't get to sing.
