Apologies to those who don't at least read German. This is my meat-and-mushroom casserole, although the recipe asks for pork and I always make it from turkey breast. All those who do read German: have fun with it, it is yummy and easy to make.

And this means that once again I'll have to postpone my lengthy post about fanfic train wreck, which I've been meaning to make for weeks, literally, but there's always something else to post about. Perhaps it's a wink from Fate to consider dropping it entirely?

I saved it and want to try it using tofu, so thank you for posting it. I've always wanted to look for a recipe for tofu that isn't Asian but kept forgetting to look. :)
