We took it easy today. Some minor cooking, some telly, and some work on The Thing of Beauty (TM) which, unfortunately, seems to turn into one of those countless projects that won't turn out the way I've hoped for. It still isn't bad, but I doubt it will live up to that name. *sigh*

My young friends confirmed that they'll indeed show up with their respective toddlers on Thursday - save any unexpected things that can happen when someone has a 18-month-old. *fingers crossed* So, tomorrow I'll be baking. One of the toddlers are on milk-free diet at the moment, so I'll get the chance to try out the banana bread recipe without dairy products.

Oh, and last night I gave the DW importer another try. It imported my tags and friends groups but drove the line at the entries and comments. Drat.

Oh, I most definitely won't migrate to DW!!! I just use it as back-up, copying my entries regularly.

The difference is that the importer also used to import the comments to the entries, which now will be lost, should LJ crash or something.
