The Edhellond group has just vanished from the Net, and so did the Stories of Arda list. Several other tools, like the "Locate My Membership" function is unaccessible as well. I'm afraid we are facing some sort of Yaho breakdown - which would be very unfortunate.

It's particularly bad, that of all the groups I belong to it's Edhellond that had to vanish. Drat.

I only hope that the breakdown does not mean we have to rebuild the group from scratch... Why did it have to be Edhelllond and not say fellow_ship which has been inactive for three months?!

*prays*

So do I. Edhellond would be 2 years old on the 9th of October, and though I've archived many of the earlier posts on my secondary HD, the loss of the group would be quite devastating. All those great links we harboured, the discussions of the last half year or so, the stories posted... *shudders*

Anyway, you still can come to the Otherworlds board until then:
http://s4.invisionfree.com/Otherworlds/index.php?

Many of the Edhellond members are there, and we can use it as a discussion board until the group - hopefully - comes back.

It will likely reappear as quickly as it vanished, it's just a question of when!

It's got to be some weird, temporary glitch. I bet both groups will be back up on Yahell in a day or two.

You were right. I panic too easily.

No you don't; you've simply learned from hard experience how "reliable" free services such as ff.net and yahoogroups can be.
