There's no pic of the front cover yet, as it isn't finished. But there are pages 1 and 2:

Just the closed version so far, I'm going to take more precise photos later, but I wanted to give you folks an idea about style and such.

And then pages 3 and 4:

I also wrote about 3 pages for "Enterprise - The Maiden Voyage", and am about to type it up next. Otherwise it was a quiet day, which we needed before next week starts, as it promises to be rather eventful

I´d really love to do such a baby book for grandchild number six, but then the other daughters-in-law might be jealous!

You could make one for yourself, though, to keep record of the milestones of the little one. My baby books go to the mothers and grandmothers, too.

The baby book is coming along nicely. Love the dragonflies! Sorry again, that I have not commented in some time, I've been hibernating. Winter has finally arrived here. We had 2 hard freezes back to back — unusual for us. No matter what I put on, I could not get warm. I actually slept in a hoodie (hood up), sweat pants, and men's wool socks, all over my normal night clothes. That, with 6 blankets on the bed, and my feet still never got warm!!! Pure misery. Not too mention, I am a ball of static electricity. How do you guys in cold climates manage?

Believe it or not, I actually read all your entries from the last time I commented. Happy to see you completed your baking frenzy days with grand success, and you and your Mum had a wonderful Christmas holiday and New Year. We had the same. Dear husband is finally able to drive again, and now I rarely see him — heheh, I am exaggerating, truly, but happy not to be a taxi anymore. Great in more ways than one, as my 32 year old car (no joke) has problems keeping the battery charged. My son had a long holiday break from law school and just started the 2nd semester not too long ago, so days are once again fairly quiet for me. Therefore, I now have more time to peruse the internet, Lj, and such. Still have not had my eye surgery, but I will call tomorrow and schedule a date. Things are looking up, I hope.

Best of luck to you and your Mum in preparation for her birthday celebration. Hope she has a grand time.

Well, we tend to think that cold is the lesser evil — at least you can turn up the heating and put on more clothes. It's the summer heat that kills me, personally.

Good luck with the eye surgery. It's bad enough that you'll need one; at least it ought to turn out well. *fingers crossed*

Well, I do my best, but it's really trial and error every time. At least I've stocked up with pretty paper for years in advance. *g*
