Side effects

So, one day after the third jab we are doing reasonably well. My joints were stiff and hurt quite a bit when I got up in the morning, but I believe the stiffening up comes from having to toddle with Mum yesterday at an extremely low speed, which is exhausting. In any case, we felt tired today and took naps in the afternoon. I still feel exhausted, so the next baking orgy might be postponed to Friday. We'll see in which shape I'll be tomorrow.

Not much else happened. I went to the supermarket in the morning to get some things I've managed to forget (and some of which I've managed to forget again), and for the rest of the day we were just lazing around.

Sounds like me — stiff, achy and tired, but it began to wear off by mid-afternoon. I did a supermarket run, too, and felt too tired to put it away for about 30 minutes.

I had nothing else planned for today except I had hoped to bake — but I didn't, either :(

Still, it is a small price to be as safe as possible in these days. Nothing is 100% sure, of course, but better than nothing.

Tiredness was the only side effect I had from my second shot. Still waiting for my booster.

I wasn't tired after the second one. Had a tender, swollen arm with a red patch, though, which I'm about to develop again. Hence: icing the arm several time a day.

Oh, it is not so bad... when you know where it comes from and that it is (hopefully) only temporary.
